1. Peer support only

Love Beyond Locks provides peer, educational and community support. It does not provide medical, mental-health, counselling, legal, immigration or financial services. Nothing on the platform is professional advice, and no clinical, attorney–client or advisory relationship is created by using it.

2. No payments

This platform does not process payments, donations, subscriptions or checkouts, and does not collect card or bank details. Budget tools are private planning worksheets only and are not financial advice or a financial product.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account and for the accuracy of what you post. Accounts are for individual use and must not be shared.

4. Community conduct

Community areas are moderated. Content that harasses, endangers, doxxes or exploits another member may be hidden or removed and may result in loss of access. See the community guidelines.

5. Content you create

You keep ownership of what you write. You grant us permission to store and display it as needed to run the platform. Journal entries are private to you and are not displayed to anyone else, including administrators.

6. Availability

The platform is provided as-is and is not monitored around the clock. It is not an emergency service.

7. Sample content

Content labelled demo or sample is placeholder material for illustration only. It does not represent real partners, facilities, policies, statistics, services or endorsements.
