Love Beyond Locks exists for the people who are still on the outside: the partner keeping the household running, the grandmother raising grandchildren, the teenager who stopped telling friends where their dad is, the sibling who visits every month.

Our connection to Beyond the Chains

Love Beyond Locks is the family-facing arm of Beyond the Chains. Beyond the Chains focuses on the person inside; Love Beyond Locks focuses on everyone who loves them. The two work together so a family is supported before, during and after release.

What we believe

Families are not collateral. The people who love someone inside deserve support in their own right.
Privacy is care. Members get a journal that no administrator can read, and control over what they share.
Practical beats performative. Visit plans, check-ins and household planning tools, not slogans.
Peer support, honestly labelled. We are not clinicians, lawyers or financial advisers, and we say so.

What we do not do

We do not take payments of any kind through this platform, we do not collect card or bank details, and we do not provide clinical, legal or financial advice. Where money comes up — for example household budgeting tools — it is a private planning worksheet for your own use only.
