Privacy notice

This is a plain-language summary of how the platform handles your information. It is not legal advice, and it should be reviewed by a qualified adviser before launch.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and a display name.
• Optional profile details you choose to add, such as your relationship to your loved one or your city.
• Content you create: support plans, visit plans, wellness check-ins, budget worksheets, journal entries, community posts and RSVPs.

What we never collect

• Card numbers, bank details or any other payment information.
• Payments, donations, subscriptions or checkout data of any kind.
• Government identifiers or case-file documents.

Your journal is private

Journal entries are protected at the database level so that only the account that created an entry can read, edit or delete it. Administrators have no route to read member journal entries through the app, and no admin screen exposes them.

What administrators can see

Administrators manage public content (programs, resources, courses, events, organization settings) and moderate community posts and comments. They can see community content and basic profile details, and reports raised about content. They cannot see your journal, wellness check-ins, budgets, support plans or visit plans.

Your choices

You can edit or delete anything you have created at any time. You can request deletion of your account through the support request form; deleting your account removes the content tied to it.

Security

Access is enforced by per-row database policies tied to your signed-in account, not just by what the app chooses to show you.
